Made from locally milled specialist timbers including black poplar, elm and macrocarpa. the platter boards are sealed with food safe oil. Every board is unique and is hand-burnished to produce a very smooth finish.

To maintain your platterboard wipe it with a soft cloth and warm soapy water after use. Do not wash in the dishwasher. You can re-nourish your board with Ecowoodoil Natural Woodwipe.
